- Organized two (2) international youth development programmes and eight (8) collaboration programmes at national level yearly.
- To ensure the process of checking-ins will be completed within seven (7) minutes and checking-outs will be completed within ten (10) minutes per customer.
- To ensure each accommodation room to be cleaned and tidied up within twenty five (25) minutes every day.
- Responded to all customer complaint will be responded to within one (1) working day.
- Payments to suppliers and purchases will be processed and made within two (2) weeks upon receipt of invoices.
